A Multiple Vehicle Accident in Henderson killed one man. It was unclear from initial news reports based on Henderson Police statements on the fatal crash whether more than one other person was injured in the crash or crashes. No other injuries, beside again one other person, or fatalities were cited in that news report. It was reported there that the man, named Paul John Petronsky Jr., was a Henderson resident. A little before two in the afternoon on Monday he reportedly suffered some kind of medical issue while driving. At the cross of North Stephanie Street and West Warm Springs Road he failed to control his car. The car ten hit or caused the accidents of four other cars in this Henderson car crash. First responders pulled him from his vehicle and did what they could for him while bringing him to Henderson Hospital. Unfortunately, he passed away at the medical center. That only other person who was reported to have been injured in the crash fortunately was not reported to have life threatening injuries.
