They also have their own app too.
This time TVF is again in news and the story is going viral but for the wrong reason.
An anonymous blog post detailing instances of alleged sexual harassment by Arunabh Kumar, founder of digital media startup TVF (The Viral Fever), triggered a social media storm on Monday with more women saying they too were subjected to similar advances from the 32-year-old entrepreneur.
The blog post, published on Medium — an online platform for independent writers — by a person claiming to be a former Employee at the Mumbai-based startup offers details of unwelcome advances over a period of two years, before the production employee quit the company.
The writer of this post used the pseudonym ‘Indian Fowler’ — a reference to former Uber employee Susan Fowler who raised similar charges recently against an executive at the global taxi aggregator — levelling accusations against Kumar through a post on the website Medium.
In the post titled ‘The Indian Uber — That is TVF’, Indian Fowler wrote that she was propositioned and sexually harassed by Kumar on multiple occasions and that it had become “routine”.
She also said that when she confronted Kumar, she was told by the company’s legal department that she was in “breach of contract”.
Though TVF released a statement calling the article “ludicrous and defamatory” and the allegations as “false, baseless and unverified”. However, the statement attracted criticism for adding, “We will leave no stone unturned to find the author of the article and bring them to severe justice.”
Other TVF employees, including directors Amit Golani and Biswapati Sarkar, took to Twitter to dismiss the allegations, terming them sensationalist and false.
Bisawpati Sarkar, who is well known as Arnub for doing Frankly Speaking With Arnub , took to twitter to dismiss the allegations:
I know a lot of people love the sensationalist story behind it. But sadly, it isn't true. But still…

Another popular female figure associated with TVF, Nidhi Bisht has also posted on Facebook saying there is nothing true in the allegation and TVF is best place for women to work.
