Donald Trump Attacks Sally Yates in Act of Desperation Ahead of Flynn Testimony

Donald Trump Goes on Desparate Attempt to Discredit Sally Yates Ahead of Flynn Testimony

Donald Trump attacks former President Barack Obama and former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates in an act of desperation hours before she testifies on Capitol Hill about Michael Flynn. It’s not going to work!!!!

Trump tweeted: “Ask Sally Yates, under oath, if she knows how classified information got into the newspapers soon after she explained it to W.H. Council.”

Yates, who had broad bipartisan support, has a distinguished 27-year tenure in the Justice Department. No-one has ever accused her of unprofessional behavior, except the pathological liar and know-nothing in the White House.

Trump also blamed Obama for Flynn’s security clearance, as if to excuse his shitty vetting process. Um, Obama fired him in 2014. That should have been a humongous red flag. Furthermore, the White House doesn’t adjudicate clearances.

Donald Trump is trying to change the subject to place blame for his campaign’s entanglement with Russia, possibly via Flynn, to the leaks about what Flynn was doing with the Russians. Um, it seems to me that he’s got it all twisted and his little sideshow isn’t going to work.
