It’s official! Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by 2,864,974 or 2.1 percent, according to the Cook Political Report’s Dave Wasserman.

Separately, California attorney Randy Schoenberg posted a copy of the unsealed search warrant used by the FBI to gain access to the laptop of the estranged husband of Clinton aide, Huma Abedin, was found to be very flimsy. Schoenberg said he was appalled because there was “no probable cause” for the warrant. Comey’s letter to Congress 11 days before the election was a disgrace and affected the outcome of the election.
Clinton campaign aide Brian Fallon slammed Comey saying that Comey’s intrusion was unjustified and that it was like “it is salt in the wound to see FBI rationale was this flimsy.” Hillary Clinton also said Comey’s interference and Russian sabotage cost her the election.
