Proteonomix Inc.'s CEO, who allegedly funneled shares in the Biotech to companies he controlled without the proper securities filing disclosures, has been sentenced in New Jersey federal court to a year of probation for misleading the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission about the nature of the transactions.
