A New Jersey federal judge on Monday rejected Apotex Inc.'s request to quash a subpoena Sandoz Inc. served on Apotex's business partner during the damages phase of a patent infringement lawsuit both drugmakers and others won last year against AstraZeneca over pediatric asthma medication.
