Check-ins

Again, you can use the messaging or email service to check the performance of the partnership during the starting days. Add notes in the spreadsheet and reach out to strugglers to offer support.

Feedback

Collect feedback from participants after some months about the program and goals. Create a survey and feed the data into the spreadsheet. Don’t wait for the program to end to collect feedback. Instead, do it throughout so you have enough room to make corrections or troubleshoot if required.
