Choices Cafe is having a Kids Workshop and health talk on Vegan Ice Cream, on Saturday, August 3 from 3 to 5 pm.
Bring your children to learn about plant - based health and the importance of knowing the ingredients in the food / desserts they love & enjoy!
They will first begin the workshop with an educational talk, including knowledge on animal-based ingredients, anything processed, artificial colorings, and how they are harmful. And of course how Whole Foods and plant-based living are beneficial.
Then join forces to create Rainbow Vegan Banana Nice Cream that will be “dyed” using different plant powders.
