Sri Lanka Navy have arrested 23 Indian Fishermen while involved in illegal fishing in Sri Lankan Waters at Delft Sea area in Jaffna early this morning(12). Navy have also taken into custody the five boats the arrested Indian Fishermen have arrived in and both the Fishermen and the Boats were handed over to the Fisheries Office  in Jaffna.
