An eight year old school girl has died after she was Drowned in a Swimming Pool at 39th Kilo Meter Post on Kalpitiya-Puttalam Road yesterday(25). The girl was drowned while in the Swimming Pool with others and she was pronounced as dead on admission to the Puttalam Hospital it has been reported. The deceased was a resident of Kalpitiya  according to the Police.
