Adonai Estate Limited enhances staff skills in customer service and sales

Staff members of Adonai Estate Limited, a prominent real estate company, have recently undergone a training program aimed at equipping them with enhanced skills and knowledge to improve their service delivery.

The one-day encounter took place in Ho and brought together expert resource persons who shared their valuable insights to inspire participants in delivering exceptional customer service.

One of the highlights of the training was a presentation by Mrs Semenyo Bans Lagble, a former Manager of Ho GCB Bank Plc, who focused on the importance of exceptional customer service.

Her presentation emphasized understanding the significance of customer service and identifying the key elements necessary for effective service delivery.

The training also covered essential aspects such as enhancing communication skills in customer service, handling difficult customer situations with confidence, building strong customer relationships, embracing service recovery, and learning from mistakes.

Mrs Bans Lagble emphasized that customer service goes beyond a specific department within a company and involves every individual in the organization, from frontline employees to management, as they all contribute to shaping the customer experience.

Furthermore, Mrs Bans Lagble highlighted that prioritizing excellence in customer service enables businesses to establish lasting relationships with their customers, ultimately impacting their bottom line positively.

Mr Richmond Kwame Dzadey, the Acting Relationship Manager of the ADB-Ho Branch, shared insights on contemporary sales strategies and emphasized the importance of building strong marketing relationships. His session provided staff with valuable knowledge of effective sales techniques.

Reverend Dr Bright Adonai, the Chief Executive of Adonai Estate Limited, exposed participants to the topic of workplace productivity and soft skills, as well as ways to enhance sales performance.

He emphasized that improving productivity does not mean eliminating daily distractions entirely, but rather ensuring that individuals are as effective as possible in between those distractions.

Rev. Dr Adonai further highlighted the benefits of improving staff time management, both personally and professionally.

The workshop also fostered a collaborative atmosphere, allowing staff members to network and learn from their colleagues across different branches and other subsidiaries of Adonai Estate Limited.
