Envelope drawing from Sterling.............So, it has been a few weeks since we started the THUNDER CHALLENGE. Sterling wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing and review any results that people have noticed so far. Per any workout after about 30 days, you up the anty. So , Sterling recommends adding about 10-20 minutes to your cardio workout. Also, add approximately 10 reps added to your core workout, arms and legs. Sterling is doing well, Mr Thrasher is planning a visit around March 9th to discuss his housing plan. The good news is that out of state transfer is off the table for now. Which is a relief. So, hopefully in a few weeks we will have an answer about his housing plan. Blake is doing well, he was placed in quarantine due to COVID cases so they had the unit isolated in Monroe IMU, remember that was the insitution that rioted due to WIFI going down, not his wife !!!! Blake was tested 9 times during the 40 day lockdown, and thankfully came up negative. He is back in his regular placement in Monroe and WIFI is up and running smoothly. Still awaiting to hear back from the IRS so I can open the bank account. Sterling and I send our love and regards to everyone and hope everyone is feeling better.
