There is a mountain in Indonesia which is named after Lord Brahma. In Japanese it is called Bromo. There is an active volcano here. Thousands of Hindus regularly walk here every year to worship Lord Ganesha and Lord Brahma. Hindus here believe that Lord Brahma resides in this volcano.

There are a total of 130 active volcanoes in Indonesia. Among them this Broma mountain is 7 thousand feet high. However, people's faith cannot be stopped from reaching there. There is an idol of Lord Ganesha at the base of that volcano. which protects the public from volcanoes. There is such a belief.

During the Corona period, there was a ban on going there, only some priests could go. But many devotees were also reaching with him.

A little far away there is a small temple of Lord Brahma. The mountain is also famous for trekking. There are 50 villages in the vicinity where there is a large population of Hindus. The nearest village is called Camoro Lawang. The residents here consider themselves the descendants of the ancient ruler. It is called Adanya Karda from the festival held near the volcano every year. This tradition is more than 500 years old.

In 2016, there were explosions in this volcano. So the government did not allow people to go there. Only 15 priests were allowed there. But behind them people were reaching there in large numbers and offering prayers.

On the 14th day of this festival, people approach the mouth of the volcano. Then the crowd is too much. People take with them food and drink and animals for sacrifice. Brahma Ganesh and other deities are also worshiped there.
