- Akhilesh Yadav himself confirmed the news that he had visited Mahant by tweeting

Corona has come up against a huge negligence. Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday called on Akhara Parishad president Mahant Narendra Giri Maharaj at Haridwar. Akhilesh Yadav also honored the mahant by wearing a necklace and a shawl.

Several others were also seen during the visit of Akhilesh Yadav and Mahant Narendra Giri Maharaj. Two of them were not even wearing masks. It may be mentioned that Mahant Narendra Giri Maharaj Korona has come positive and he has been kept in isolation in the ashram itself.

It doesn't stop there, Akhilesh Yadav himself tweeted that he had met Mahant Narendra Giri Maharaj and received his blessings. In these circumstances, Akhilesh Yadav's meeting with Mahant Narendra Giri Maharaj is raising many questions. According to the Kovid protocol, if a person is positive for corona, he is quarantined. No one else could find him at that time. Even if a person goes to give an item, it has to be left at the door so that it does not come in contact with the infected person.

While masks are mandatory even in public places according to the Kovid protocol, two people who do not wear masks are directly challenging the law. If a common man commits such an act he is fined but the rules for political figures seem to be changing. Ordinary people cannot even attend the funeral of their family members and leaders like Akhilesh Yadav are also committing the crime of giving wrong message about illness to the people by violating the rules.
