At around 1.30 am, Dhalwala police station received information from SDRF that a tractor (HR38B 7766) got involved in an accident near Muni Ki Reti and the Driver was trapped inside the vehicle. It happened at the Kailash Gate PWD tri-junction. After this, an SDRF team with rescue instruments rushed to the spot and found that not just the driver was found trapped inside the vehicle but oil was coming out and there was a possibility of the vehicle catching fire. The team used cutter and rescued the driver and sent him to hospital. The driver was identified as Tahir Khan (48). He was coming from Uttar Pradesh and the brake failed.
