Ice Cream Sundaes For Serious Dieters

I am overweight and always pretending to watch what I eat.

One of my favorite things is ice cream sundaes.

Lately, I have devised an ice cream sundae that I think is ideal for people who have to watch their weight and who like to indulge also.

The secret is --- begin with a 1-1/2-ounce shot glass:

Then fill the shot glass over the rim with your favorite flavor of ice cream --- Make it mound up and rounded at the top of the sundae. You might be able to pack Two ounces of ice cream into the glass in this fashion.

Top the sundae with your favorite sundae topping and put a couple of nuts (Pecans, Peanuts or Walnuts -- or whatever) on the very top.

I made one of these for myself today and I got Five satisfying bites out of it and saved a shitload of calories.

Am I a genius or not?
