Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey protected his company’s decision not to prohibit right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones and his Infowars show, stating he did not break any guidelines.
Dorsey’s remarks, in a series of tweets late Tuesday, came after other significant tech companies got rid of Jones’ content for breaking hate speech policies.
” We didn’t suspend Alex Jones or Infowars yesterday,” Dorsey said. “We know that’s difficult for numerous but the factor is easy: he hasn’t breached our guidelines. We’ll enforce if he does.”
