The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah has been discharged from AIIMS hospital, Shah was admitted in the hospital on Wednesday night for the treatment of Swine Flu.
BJP media head and Rajya Sabha member Anil Baluni took to twitter and wrote- “I am glad to announce that our national president Amit Shah has recovered; has been discharged from AIIMS and has returned home. I thank everyone for their wishes.”

“By God’s grace, I am doing well and got discharged from the hospital today. I thank everyone for their wishes for my good health,” Shah tweeted.

On Wednesday, Shah had said, “I have been diagnosed with swine flu and treatment is on. By God’s grace, your love and wishes will recover soon.”

The hospital, in a statement earlier, had said that a team of doctors were monitoring the BJP chief’s condition under the supervision of AIIMS director Randeep Guleria.
Railways Minister Piyush Goyal visited Shah at AIIMS while Home Minister Rajnath Singh tweeted his pray for the soon recovery of the BJP president.
