Amber Laudicina had a seizure while at a Harris Teeter. Her service dog alerted the store manager, helping to save her life. 

Over half a million people need a service dog to go about their day. Amber Laudicina of Winston-Salem is one of them. 

She has a rare condition called dysautonomia and needs her trusted four-legged friend by her side.
