För drygt en månad sedan anmälde jag både Kristianstad kommun, och länsstyrelsen i Kristianstad till justitieombudsmannen (JO). Orsaken var att Kristianstads kommun för andra året i rad tagit bort snokarnas äggläggningsplatser. Och i år vägrar kommunen, med Jonas Schrevelius i spetsen, att återställa dem. Han förklarade när tidningen intervjuade honom att det hände när de “städade”.

Jag har i flera år påpekat vikten av skötseln till de naturansvariga, bland annat Hans Cronert och andra ansvariga chefer. De ska anvisa de som sköter snokleden hur de ska göra, så att inte snokarna blir drabbade! År efter år struntar de totalt i dem. Cronert är mest intresserad av att vara ute och fotografera fåglar på arbetstid!

JO Har inte svarat mig än. Men SVT Radio P4 Kristianstad har sett min JO anmälan och intervjuade mig för ett par dagar sedan. Det är en skam för både Sverige och Kristianstads kommun med länsstyrelsen som nickedockor. Jag har även gjort en polisanmälan mot Kristianstad kommun. Nu ska jag även göra personliga anmälningar mot vissa kommunchefer!

Just over a month ago, I reported both the Kristianstad Municipality and the County Administrative Board of Kristianstad Parliamentary Ombudsmen (JO). The reason was that Kristianstad Municipality for the second year in a row removed the snake nesting piles. And this year, refuses municipality, with Jonas Schrevelius in the lead, to restore them. He explained when the newspaper interviewed him that it happened when they “cleaned”.

For several years I have pointed out the importance of managing the nature officers, including Hans Cronert and other responsible managers. They will tell those who take care of the snake trail, how to do it, so that the Grass Snakes are not injured/killed! Year after year they ignoring them totaly! Cronert is most interested in being outdoors photographing birds during working hours!

(JO) have not answered me yet. But Sweden´s television, Radio P4 Kristianstad has seen my notification to Parliamentary Ombudsmen (JO) and interviewed me a few days ago. It is a shame for both Sweden and the municipality of Kristianstad with the county board as nickdocks. I have also made a police report against the Municipality of Kristianstad. Now I will also make personal notifications to certain municipal managers!
