I had the pleasure of working with Amy and Ryan for both their engagement shoot over a year ago at Dupont Country Club and their Wedding at the Chase Center. Engagement photo shoots are a great way to get to know you photographer, and for your photographer to get to know you before your wedding. After getting to know them a bit at the engagement shoot, and getting to see what an authentically happy couple they are, I was looking forward to working with them on their wedding day.

Their happy day started up in Pennsylvania at their church, and continued to the beautiful Brandywine Creek State Park in Wilmington, Delaware for pictures. Brandywine Creek, and many other of the Delaware State Parks are great locations to take a few wedding or engagement photos. The expansive view from high up that Brandywine creek provides is awesome. Following the trip to Brandywine Creek, we headed on to the Chase Center on Wilmington’s Waterfront. Their reception was located in the largest of the Chase Center’s ballrooms. It is a great location for a larger wedding, as it gives you plenty of walk around and dance with even the largest weddings. A particularly memorable part of the wedding was the lively, comedic, father daughter dance pictured below :)
