Everyone cried when dog was surrendered, but ‘Ice’ will suffer the most

It was on Saturday when a friendly two-year-old American bull dog named “Ice” was Surrendered by his owner to the overcrowded San Bernardino City Animal Shelter. Ice’s owner brought him to the shelter because the dog was no longer allowed to live in the apartment. Yes, the owner cried, but what about Ice? A shelter volunteer was in the lobby of the shelter moments before Ice was left behind.

“OWNER SURRENDER. Ice’s best friend brought him to the shelter today. His human cried. Ice was crying. It was a mess. Ice is a good boy, who needs a stable home.”

Click here for Ice’s Pet Harbor listing. “My name is Ice and I am an unaltered male, white American Bulldog mix. Shelter staff think I am about 3 years old. I have been at the shelter since Apr 21, 2018. For more information about the adoption process,

click here: Animal Control. Note that the last adoption will start at 4:30 pm. For more information about this animal, call:

San Bernardino City Animal Control at (909) 384-1304. Ask for information about animal ID number A513378.”

Surrendered dogs have no required hold period and thus can be humanely euthanized at any time.

Check out this boy’s video and help Ice find a loving home.
