Henry Hottie Beds: The Support and Comfort Your Dog Needs!

This is an advertorial for Paws Avenue.

What’s one quick way to check whether a bed offers enough support for your dog’s joints? If you are able to feel the ground when you push the bed down, that means that your dog’s joints would be able to feel it too.

While it may be easy to find adequately supportive beds for tiny breeds, the same can’t be said for heavier ones. Henry Hottie was born out of a need for comfortable and supportive bedding for dogs and cats of all sizes.

I can’t tell you how much Latte enjoys her Henry Hottie bed. I guess I will let the pictures tell the story!

Here are the reasons why Henry Hottie is worth the investment

1. Supports up to 120kg

Henry Hottie offers sizes from extra small to extra extra large, providing a firm but comfortable support for breeds up to 120kg. It’s definitely an inclusive brand.

Extra small to extra large: up to 35kg

Extra large (high density) to extra extra large: up to 120kg (mattress without sides only)

2. Non-toxic protection against water, dirt, fleas, and dust mites

Not all water repellent applications are the same. Most water repellents to date are based on paraffin or formaldehyde-containing melamine.

Henry Hottie uses BIONIC-FINISHECO, a 100% non-toxic water repellent application that protects the bedding from liquids, dirt, and dust. It is also inhospitable to fleas and dust mites. Because Latte suffers from environmental allergies, this certainly gives me peace of mind.

3. Removable mattress and sided accessory for neck support

A perfect bed for Latte will have to have neck support. She loves laying her head on the sides to sleep or simply to stalk us. If we need pillows for support during our sleep, our dogs do too!

4. Breathable mattress keeps it cool

One reason why dogs don’t stay in their beds for long might be because it gets too warm. Latte can stay on her Henry Hottie bed the whole time as I work, which is quite a feat. The material keeps the bed cool in warm weather and warm in cool weather. So, it’s great for use in air-conditioned rooms too.

The mattress is also naturally hydrophobic, which means you don’t have to worry about moisture or dampness in Singapore’s humidity.

5. Machine washable

Does the bed need some love? Just remove the covers and throw them into the washing machine along with the sided accessory! Covers can be line-dried or tumble-dried.

Need extra support? There’s ARC

The ARC Series – Agility • Recovery • Crate is specially designed with higher density for canines who are super active, in recovery (e.g. post-operation), or just need that extra support when resting. It’s perfect for all ages from puppies to seniors.

They come in three colours and sizes that can fit in crates:
