About OSCAS Singapore
Started in 2006, OSCAS is a charity and non-profit dog shelter in Pasir Ris. All the dogs in the shelter are mongrels rescued from the streets or from being culled. A total of more than 110 mongrels currently call this shelter home. Needless to say, they can only sustain this work with the help of volunteers and kind donations and sponsorships.
