The Best 2 Ingredient BBQ Pulled Chicken

BBQ Pulled Chicken
I absolutely love this BBQ pulled chicken recipe. My husband and I have opposite schedules, he works during the day and I work mostly during the evenings.  Add in three kids and after school activities and you can imagine how crazy dinner time can be. This recipe is an absolute life saver.  It is extremely easy and tastes so good even the kids finish their plates. All you need to make this simple dinner is a boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts and a bottle of you families favorite bbq sauce.  No kidding... this recipe literally has 2 ingredients. You will need a crock pot to make the magic happen.  If you don't already have a crock pot head over and snag the Crock Pot Cook'N Carry 6-Quart Oval Manual Portable Slow Cooker Stainless Steel,  for half off!

Ingredients:

1-2 lbs
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 C
Your Favorite Barbecue Sauce

Directions:

Place your chicken breasts in the crock pot. Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken making sure to cover all of the chicken breasts. Cook on high 4-5 hours. Check after 2 hours for doneness (no pink). Once chicken is cooked through take 2 forks and shred the chicken. No water required.

*Serve on a bun with a side of coleslaw
* Serve along with a starch (rice, potato or fries (sweet potato or regular))
* Serve along with a vegetable (what works best for your family)
*Make this a freezer meal by placing chicken breasts and BBQ sauce into a labeled (contents and date) zip-loc freezer bag and freeze. When you are ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator for a couple hours (pull out in the morning) and place in crock pot a couple hours before meal time.
