Along with the other package we received yesterday, we received a package I was SO excited about! We were gifted a nifty Bottle from our friends over at Mixie Baby! It is their 8 Oz Mixie Bottle. I love the fact that this makes late night feedings so much easier. The cool thing about this bottle is that it stores the powder formula inside the bottle, and when you are ready to feed, you simply push a button on the bottom of the bottle and shake! When your baby wakes up super fussy, it’s hard to make them wait to get a bottle prepared, so with the Mixie it takes less than 10 seconds to get a bottle ready and easier to get the baby back to bed. I used the bottle this morning when Spencer woke up and it worked great! It has 6 pieces altogether that you have to wash and put together, but it is so worth it for how easy it is to use the bottle when put together. I read some reviews on amazon, and want to clarify a couple things for my mommas who worry about the water being measured right when something is in the water, I checked the measurements by putting the water in a normal bottle first and then putting it in the Mixie. The measurements were exactly the same! I think this is a great device for parents with babies who wake up frequently in the night, or for when you are out and don’t want to get a bottle ready on the spot.
