I get nagged about this almost every single day ever since size 2 became the new measure of beauty and attractiveness. Yes, I am on the heavier side of the tipping scale and it’s always been hard for me to lose weight. I have never been a fan of physical effort so you can only imagine how hard it is for me to be consistent in the gym. I have tried weight loss pills, food supplements, meal replacements and a bunch of other hyped up product but none of them worked for me.

I was sure those manufactured products has brought harm to my body. I was at a loss for means to lose weight. Until recently.

What I have learned in many years of seesawing from losing to gaining is that self-discipline is the key. If you don’t discipline yourself to getting up in the morning to run, eat healthier and be consistent with your tea regimen, then only liposuction would work for you if you have the money.

It takes self-control and the drive to lose weight among anything else. Think about your goal, find a drive and don’t stop until you get there.

I have not reached my goal and it’s been a struggle for me but I feel stronger and healthier everyday. And, I’m not putting on the brakes until I reach my target. Sure, I’ll run off course here and there but I’ll keep at it as long as it takes. Believe you can do it and you’ll get there!
