My DC's First Solo Show

I went to Jaipur 8 months after my first trip because DC (Daddy  Cool)  is  currently having his first solo art show there . What you see behind is a set of 3 red screens in which different X-rays have been sandwiched within. It's a location specific work as the show is being held in Artchill Gallery which is inside the Amber Fort, Jaipur.

The show has only his X-ray installations on exhibit.  It's a very long gallery with Plenty corridors that i had fun exploring all day long. Behind is one of the surfboards that DC made with X-rays and acrylic sheets.

Children are not allowed to touch the works but the gallery team was Tolerant with me!

DC made this throne too. Sure, I tried to climb over  it but  they weren't all that tolerant ! I was soon pulled away.

Fascinating, isn't it?

DC was interviewed by possibly all the media there with front page coverage

I wasn't left out either!

Thanks for this unique experience, DC

A very special thanks to Sangeeta aunty (Director, Gallery ArtChill) for all the support to my DC
And plenty hugs to Moma who curated the show and did all the other messy work as DC's  art manager!  Pls check out  the  online catalogue here  http://bodhihop.blogspot.in/2012/11/the-inner-eye.html
