Alabama High School Principal Parodies “Can’t Touch This” in Song About COVID-19

I think I want to be Dr. Lee’s friend, I want my kids to go to his School, I love Dr. Lee. Is that enough of an endorsement? Dr. Lee parodied 1990 MC Hammer classic “Can’t Touch This” dancing throughout his school while singing about keeping his kids safe during Covid.  The Principal of Childersburg High School told Alabama News Center that he wrote all the lyrics himself.  He then had several students and teachers volunteer to help him produce the video.  He wrote the lyrics in 15 minutes and basically covers hand washing, temperature checks and all the CDC regulations. What a cool way to get the message across!  This principal is so amazing, I want to go to his high school!

Now the video has been seen 3.5 mil+ times as of this writing.  I just love the idea that this principal has done this as it really helps connect with the kids and also remove the fears of Covid. He’s teaching them to be safe and the protocols in a fun and really hysterical  way.

Plus, what kid wouldn’t want to have a principal as cool as this!  I know I wish my principal was this cool when I went to High School.

You gotta watch the video yourself:
