5 Ways to Express Your Love this Valentine’s

After losing my mom and what feels like the Love of my life, 2021 was a tough lesson in saying how you feel. It can be the most difficult thing to hold back how you feel and to not Express what you you hold in your heart. If you’re anything like me then let me share the ways you can express how you feel to those who matter most to you.

1. Actually say how you feel

Be it anger, sadness or love it’s important to let them know our feelings and why we feel the way that we do. When we hold back and don’t allow ourselves to express these feelings we either create unnecessary stress or a miscommunication that can sometimes be hard to recover from.

2. Say it with flowers

If it’s difficult to express it verbally then a token such as flowers may help you get the message across. Flower bouquets are often the most ideal way to express those feelings we carry in our heart. A bouquet of sunburst flowers can represent love, forgiveness and can even be a peace offering. Anyone would be happy to receive a beautiful and cheery bouquet of pink, white, and violet two-toned blooms with a sunny sunflower that includes a selection of the best Spring season flowers: mums, carnations, and/or clusters.

If you want to keep it simple you can express love with subtlely by giving a lovely 3 Words arrangement encased in elegant packaging.

3. Give the gift that keeps on giving

You may want to say it with flowers but don’t want it to die or fade away. Perfect option is a Pink Eternal Love Box featuring a sustainable arrangement that will last for years. Eternal flowers are made of high quality soy wax and has a texture of a real rose. What’s nice is it has a surprise compartment with 6 pcs of Ferrero Rocher! You’ll be saying it with flowers and sweets!

Another long lasting option is a Rose Diffuser,  a bright red rose encased in a dome oil diffuser with LED lights.

4. Write it down

You can also choose to write what you feel. A poem, paragraph or letter will help you express those feelings in a safe space. There are many poems to inspire you or you can print out a favorite poem onto pretty stationary.

5. Profess your love with jewelry

Whether it’s a ring, bracelet, necklace or earrings the longevity it represents can say plenty to those you want to say I love you to. Place it in a Rose Crystal Box made from real flowers that went through a sophisticated preservation process. Both the jewelry and flower can last for many years.

However way you say it or show it, the gesture itself will mean more than words can express to the person who receives it. Don’t let a day go by without telling your loved ones how you feel.
