Isn’t it amazing all the things we can accomplish on a tired and run down body? We push ourselves, sometimes to the limit to get everything we need done and more often than not we end up neglecting our body’s need for rest and relaxation. As I’ve shared a few times I’m a single work at home mom of three and it can be tough trying to keep my family afloat on my own. I have to admit I push myself and my Body to work as much as I can and go on less than 4 hours sleep daily which I of course, don’t recommend. I do however, take the time to relax and rejuvenate my body when I can and it was pure relaxation heaven at my recent visit to Naya Boutique Spa.

In some ways a spa treat is an escape from our daily lives and when done right can provide a soothing experience and a wonderful afterglow.

I was eagerly looking forward to my Body Scrub and a 30 minute Swedish Massage I had scheduled. It was hard to choose the body scrub I wanted but I went for their newest one, Moroccan and it didn’t disappoint. This combo is a promo that they currently have at only Php775. The body scrub normally costs Php799 and a 1 hour Swedish massage at Php399.

Spa standards require a nice wafting scent of fragrances, clean rooms, beds and floors and bathrooms with hot water which was all met at Naya Boutique Spa.

You’re offered tea or water when you arrive and after your massage. Also, the hot towels helped after the session so I could clean up.

My therapist, Daisy was thorough and gentle yet firm. The body scrub felt wonderfully rough and healing on my skin. She scrubbed my entire body and I didn’t feel an ounce of shame.

I had requested for medium pressure with my Swedish massage and I could feel all the aches and pains lift away. It’s ideal to get a massage at least 2 to 3 times a month.

Their other scrubs include Botanical Strawberry, Ginger Buffer, Silky Milky, Soothing Lavender and more. Aside from their classic scrub they have premium body scrubs like Barako and Kojic Whitening.

I took home a bottle of peppermint fragrance which is what was also in the air during my session. They have other fragrances, candles and room scents that you can buy as well.
