The season of giving brings about opportunities for generous hearts and a Christmas outreach is the perfect way to spread happiness and goodwill. Kianna being PRO at her school, Holy Child Academy was part of the student council that organized this year’s outreach. When she came to me about her eagerness to make it a special year I made a plan to talk to one of the PRs that I’ve worked closely with and a brand that I knew would support a heartfelt activity such as this.
With the help of Stratworks and Robinsons Supermarket Kianna was able to provide 100 Noche Buena Packs to the Grade 1 indigent students of Rosa Susano Elementary. Being that Robinsons Supermarket always pushes for and supports wellness, providing these noche buena packs was a way to give the kids more joy for the holidays.
The afternoon program started with a prayer and a meet with Holy Child Academy’s Grade 1 students.
The kids were in for a fun program that included games, a raffle, and gift giving.
They were also given a late lunch at the canteen. It was touching to see some kids not eating their food because they were going to bring it home to their family.
Big smiles, giggles and joy were seen on the kids as they got their Robinsons Supermarket noche buena packs.Click to view slideshow.
