Toddler meal/snack ideas

I have been really committed to letting Chase eat independently and it really paid off because I can leave him (and trust him) with a Plate of food to explore and munch on while I prepare food for Haven or breastfeed Gabriel!

Here are some of our favourite meals (quick to prepare too!)

Breakfast plate: apple bar (oatmeal, apple puree, peanut butter, cinnamon, bake in oven 350C for about 15 minutes) + 2 hard boiled eggs + turkey

P.M snack: Bruschetta

Dinner plate: butternut squash + asparagus + bbq chicken

*frozen veggies saved my life! just boil for 4-6 minutes

Lunch plate: spinach and cheese ravioli + butternut squash + sausage (cut into quarters)

I added meat sauce to his leftovers and spoon fed him (avoid the mess )

Breakfast plate: avocado + cheese and spinach omlette + banana bread

Breakfast plate: cheesey egg english muffin

Lunch plate: assorted dumplings (one type has cabbage, spinach and ginger the other pork and leek)

Morning snack: banana french toast

Quick snacks: smoothie or simply fruits

Breakfast: banana pancakes

Lunch or dinner: quinoa chili

Avocado quesadilla
