The ‘Padmaavat’ star is not willing to stay in Praneta anymore, owing to the growing prostitution risk right in front of his building extending to Juhu Beach, which is about half a kilometre away.
The Juhu Tara Road stretch is famous for flesh trade. One can not only witnesses prostitutes standing shamelessly on the road but many pimps also.
Shahid brought the Praneta flat before marrying to Mira. The actor might have not looked into the drawback while purchasing it.
What worrying Shahid Kapoor the most is that the prostitution has now extended to the beach area where his ground floors opens into. A source says, “There are a couple of specific prostitutes who are always standing on the beach, very close to Shahid’s garden area. It is terribly embarrassing and no solution seems to be in sight, roz ka kissa ban gaya hai.”
Shahid and Mira are very upset of all those things and now they are not going to take it lightly and thinking of a serious move.
Last year, it was reported that couple is planning to spend a whopping amount in a plush property in Bandra, Mumbai. While they were searching for a new apartment in Bandra, their first stop was Ranbir’s plush apartment. After breaking-up with Katrina Kaif, Ranbir bought his sprawling bachelor pad in Pali Hill a few years ago.
The actor bought the sea-facing Juhu apartment back in 2014, a year before tying the knot with Mira Rajput in 2015.
The property rates in Bandra is sky-high. It is about Rs 1.4 lakh per square foot, as per report. So if Shahid and Mira were to buy a 2,000 sq ft flat, they would have to spend about Rs 28 crore!
