Well, while contraceptives are readily available in the market, a few home remedies will work like magic as well. Here are a few things from your own kitchen that can save you from that unwanted pregnancy!

The first and the foremost remedy for Unsafe sex is birth control pills. It’s not just unsafe sex that can cause delayed periods. After all, its not that easy for a sperm and an egg to fuse! So, consider other factors too. Stress and tension can also be a reason for delayed periods.

3. Hot and spicy food

Hot and spicy food increases heat in your body, thereby leading to your cycles immediately. So go on and binge on some mouth-burning foods, after you have played it unsafe.

Apart from keeping your skin healthy, papaya also adds gallons of heat to your body, thereby helping in getting periods early.  The nutritious elements present in papaya helps to form and secrete oestrogen hormone at a rapid pace. This can further lead to faster periods and avoid pregnancy.
