Another Look At The Memorial Day Bigfoot Footage
I just wanted to take a little time and check out this famous footage from over 20 years ago. I was also curious to see if I could enhance the quality of the clip at all but as you can see, in the video, it is still blurry and grainy as ever. After looking, I found that the footage was shot with a Hi-8mm video camera. Which is an analog tape that is similar to a VHS tape. In fact the Hi-8mm was brought out to compete with the S-VHS tape. But in reality the quality of the video was very similar and neither was really much better than the other, especially by today's standards.
In the video,we see this figure, filmed by vacationers, run across this open area. Many claim it was moving faster than a human could and others say it is a guy in a suit. The video is very inconclusive due to the clarity of the footage. My thing is the fact that IF this is a Bigfoot, how did it get caught out in the open? One would think it would have stayed hid or went into the trees on the left, instead of running out in the open.

Anyways, I think the clip is interesting and worth taking a look and discussing. Many rank it really high as being some of the best evidence of Bigfoot. I personally have never dug into the footage very much. I'm familiar with the story and have seen the video many, many times but I have never done any kind of analysis on it. I always thought it could possibly be real or it may be a fake. Could it have been a prank? I don't know but maybe. The people filming seemed kind of excited about seeing it.
But in the end I guess most of us will never know all the details about the clip.
