To participate in the Egg Noodles Tasting, you will need to complete this Pre-recruit Survey first. If you meet the criteria, you’ll be invited to continue to the tasting.

If you are selected to participate in the follow-up tasting, we will ship the Egg Noodles samples to your home at the address you provide in this survey. 

We will inform you shortly if you have qualified for the Egg Noodle tasting. Please make sure to provide a valid shipping address for the delivery of the Egg Noodle Samples.

Those selected for this opportunity will receive the Egg Noodle samples to try, and a $25 gift card when you complete the review.
