When we began the project, we identified the Key Goals as below.

Improved Page Navigation

The web pages did not follow a proper structure and so we suggested changes to the way content and the page tags were organized. Right from the top banner, to multiple CTA’s, we worked on a proposed wireframe for each page.  Our recommendations were taken and implemented. 

We also provided content related inputs to improve the website’s keyword density and improved the page navigation to get more conversions.

Improved On-Page SEO

We performed detailed competitor analysis and keyword research. Each service was highlighted with different keyword sets. Technical SEO was implemented in all pages. We also included FAQ and rating snippets to get more visibility for the web pages. The blogs were also re-worked from an SEO standpoint and had separate keyword focus to make sure the blogs did not cannibalize the service page keywords.

Increased Backlinks:

We identified key directories in the US and UK market and created profiles for Ziffity. With regular updates to these directories, we were able to get good referral traffic in both these regions. We also focussed on content distribution and improving back links with an intent to improve the Domain Authority.  To improve regional traffic, extensive backlinks were built over a short period. Several strategies and campaigns were implemented to outreach Blog posts through various mediums. The Domain authority score was further improved by removing toxic links on a regular basis.

Google My Business and Bing Places profiles were optimised. We created profiles for local offices in the USA and UK and updated them on a regular basis with the blogs and events. This is aimed at building brand reputation by establishing thorough communication channels.

Conclusion:

Ziffity now ranks at the 0th position for two keywords. Six keywords now in the top 5 results. The bounce rate reduced by 25% while the average site duration increased by 30%. A steady stream of organic traffic and enquiries has been achieved, much to the satisfaction of the client.
