eCommerce Marketing: The Way I Like to Set My Goals

The Way I Like to Set My Goals

In this video you will discover my personal goal setting strategies.

I personally like to set activity related goals. These are goals that you set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis that will help you to achieve your revenue goal.

When you set a revenue goal you can determine what activities you need to accomplish to hit this goal. From there you will set measurable goals for each of these activities.

In doing this you are able to measure your success throughout the month and know where your greatest efforts need to be directed.

In this video you will discover:

  • What activity related goals are
  • Why they are important to your revenue goal
  • When they should be set

I would like to thank Tiffany McClain for the question in today’s Daily Nugget and look forward to more great questions.
