Former Andhra Pradesh state minister and the current Member of Legislative Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu suddenly died today in the wee hours due to a heart attack.
The death of the TDP leader shocked the Party cadres as the leader addressed a media conference just before two days. He contested in the Nagari constituency of AP in the last state assembly elections and lost to actor turned politician Roja of YSR Congress party.
Muddukrishnama Naidu was the Health Minister in Chandra Babu’s government earlier. At one point of time, he left TDP and joined Congress party in 2004 for not giving party ticket. However, he soon came back to TDP owing to a dispute with Congress Chittoor leader Chengalraya Nandu.
Muddukrishnama Naidu worked as Education minister during the reign of TDP founder and former Chief N Taraka Rama Rao. He also worked as Forest Minister in Chandrababu’s Government after that. TDP Chief Chandrababu and IT minister N Lokesh have conveyed their condolences to the family of Muddukrishnama Naidu.
Everyone in TDP circles was shocked with the news of his death as he was actively working for the party and recently gave a press meet in party office before two days.
