The people who “make it” in business or in life tend to possess these two virtues.

If you’ve been following Rito and FlyingStartOnline since the beginning, you’ve seen many changes and much growth since Rito initially launched early last year (2017).

While we’ve shared all sorts of information on building and scaling successful businesses, we haven’t spent much time discussing character traits and virtues that are just as, if not more important to the growth of not only your business, but the growth of you as a successful entrepreneur in general. 

So what are these virtues?

• Patience
• Discipline

Virtue 1. Patience

Let’s discuss patience when it applies to a drop shipping business, since drop shipping has been an ongoing theme around here for the past several months. 

When you’re building a drop shipping business you need to have the patience to test several products each day. 

Most people don’t find their first winning product until they’ve tested upwards of 100 individual products.

So many people get frustrated and give up long before they get to the 100th product. 

But those who are patient and stick with the process, are always glad they did once their blockbuster winning product has revealed itself… 

And it will reveal itself.

Virtue 2. Discipline

Sticking with the drop shipping theme again for this example as well…

When you’re running a drop shipping business, there are many things you must do each day to ensure success. 

For instance:

• Responding to Customer Emails, Comments & DM’s
• Ensuring Customers Are Receiving Their Orders & Tracking #’s
• Logging Into Facebook Ads Manager & Managing Your Ads
• And of Course Expanding Your Knowledge…

These are just the foremost tasks, you may very well need to do even more. 

But the concept remains, there’s a routine that needs to be developed and stuck to in order to create and or maintain a successful drop shipping business.

Being accountable for your own actions and your own success is 100% your responsibility.

Don’t be lazy when it comes to your life or your career.

Constantly work to enhance your knowledge and the daily execution of any task.
