What is Puerh tea?
- Pu-erh tea is made of tree leaf of camesis sinesis. It Origin from
Yunnan China - Traditionally Pu-erh are compressed in cakes and drink aged. As analogy of wine. Good pu-erh become better with the age.
- The raw material of Pu-erh we called it mao cha. Mao cha= Uncompressed Sun Dried Tea Leaf.
- There are two types of Pu-erh, Green (Sheng) and Black (sou) Pu-erh.
- Sheng Pu-erh cake is green in colour. Old sheng Beeng is black.
- Black Pu-erh cake is black in color. Old black pu-erh is still black.

- When you can not sleep, you should not drink Pu-erh. It contain coffein.
