1. Introduction of Pu-erh Tea.

What is Puerh tea?

  • Pu-erh tea is made of tree leaf of camesis sinesis. It Origin from Yunnan and have a very very long history in China.
  • Traditionally Pu-erh are compressed in cakes and drink aged. As analogy of wine. Good pu-erh become better with the age.
  • The raw material of Pu-erh we called it mao cha. Mao cha= Uncompressed Sun Dried Tea Leaf.
  • There are two types of Pu-erh, Green (Sheng) and Black (sou) Pu-erh.
  • Sheng Pu-erh cake is green in colour. Old sheng Beeng is black.
  • Black Pu-erh cake is black in color. Old black pu-erh is still black.

  • When you have a sensitive belly, you should not young Sheng Beeng cha (old Pu-erh is ok).
  • When you can not sleep, you should not drink Pu-erh. It contain coffein.

How to drink?

  • When you drink high quality Pu-erh tea, you should bring out the best of pu-erh tea with kungfu Tea Brewing.
  • Tea house dimsum brewing. Big teapot throw in some tea in the pot.
