Can you believe I've been Wearing this amazing Dress since 2014? It's by Samantha Pleet and it's such a popular style she usually re-releases each fall. Even when this exact style isn't available, she re-uses the amazing Print in new designs and releases the print in new colors as well. In fact I love this print (it's called the Illuminated print and it's based on medieval tapestries and illustrated books) so much I also have it in two additional pieces; both bodysuits one in cream and another in black. There's also a maroon version of this print in some sweet blouse designs with exaggerated sleeves that I covet as well! Over the years since this dress first came out I've seen a number of brands come out with imitations of this print, but nothing compares to the original and that classic little mini dress that I still love to wear every autumn. To me it's such a perfect little layering piece; you can belt it for a more defined shape, layer it under a circle skirt, and pile on loads of knitwear to stay cozy, etc.
