the quickie breakfast: mushroom madness + vit D

Morning is my favorite time of day. I love hot, fresh coffee and Breakfast eats. The light in the Morning is always crisp and bright and I enjoy walking around the block sans technology and taking in the East Los Angeles morning chaos. Now that Fall is setting in, the light starts out as bright tangerine and slowly transitions to light blue. It's warm on the skin and rejuvenating and it definitely stimulates the appetite. Eggs are delicious, but naked eggs can be a bit flat. Add in some hearty shrooms and you have a filling, healthy, and flavorful frittata. And, your daily dose of Vitamin D.
