Australia wants Google and Facebook to pay part of their Advertising Revenue to local media outlets.
Apparently it's to create "fair go" for everyone but why should Google or Facebook be made to pay? It is subsidising dying business that can't stand on their feet.
The Australian Media outlets are such low quality. Lousy journalism. It is little wonder they are losing advertising revenue. No one really want to advertise with them.
