I can be a victim or a victor.

I can’t always win, but I can learn from my loss. When I learn, I win. Because I can do better.

I know that whining about my loss will never bring me victory. I need to raise my chin and learn all I can learn from my loss.

At the end of the day, my actions are the only things that count.

Sometimes, I will miss my goal. It’s ok. I can do better the next day.
