I finally got around to doing these at last! After a mad, time consuming few days where I was feeling particuarly rough, I managed to grab 15 minutes one afternoon to do this extremely simple food task: roasting some shredded Kale to make Kale crisps!
After preheating the oven to 200, I shredded the kale leafs into pieces – around 3-4cm wide, avoiding the Kale stems (which are hard to digest) and popped them into a bowl, I then drizzled about a tablespoon of olive oil into the bowl and sprinkled half a teapsoon of paprika, and half a teapoon of garlic powder over the top then seasoned with salt and pepper.
I then tossed the contents of the bowl, making sure everything was evenly covered and then spread the kale over a baking tray, and popped it into the oven. After 10 minutes. Lovely crunchy kale chips immersed from the oven!
Kale contains powerful antioxidants, and is a natural detoxifier. Hign in vitamins A & C. Kale naturally balance hormones, helps stablize blood sugars and is high in magnesium and iron, An absolute powerhouse!
