This is my third post about "the pig." It seems he is becoming one of my favorite topics. (You can read post 1 here and post 2 here, if you are interested.). In case you don't know what I am talking about, the pig is a statue I Pass daily on my way to and from work. His "keepers" put hats on him that change with the seasons and with whatever is going on in the world.

I really enjoy seeing what the pig is wearing. So imagine my surprise recently when the pig was not wearing a hat, but instead has a current political issue sign by his side! (While looking closer at this photo, it appears he was wearing some sort of bird head which seems to have fallen off. Poor pig.)

Usually I don't approve of celebrities when they use their fame and fortune to try and persuade me that their opinion is the correct one. But, I'm willing to give the pig pass. It helps that I am on the same side of this issue that he is!
