Venezuelan refugees in Curaçao?

Curacao press alerts on the possible arrival of refugees
We have been deeply questioned in the past because we have been warning the existence of a humanitarian crisis in Venezuela. Many have called us radicals since it was not possible that the South American Country could face levels of crisis of an African nation.

Time, once, seems to be on our side and reflects that in fact Venezuela is heading towards an authentic Armageddon. The terrible thing is that Venezuelans, prisoners of their own reality based on the goal to survive each day, may not be aware of the magnitude of the tragedy. Or perhaps they are, but it's to late for them since they have been already domesticated on serfdom thanks to socialism.
Some countries, however, are taking things more seriously, even more than the proper Venezuelan tolerated opposition. This is the case of Curaçao. According to the Curaçao Chronicle newspaper, the Red Cross in this country may be expecting the arrival of Venezuelan Refugees. Yes, refugees.

I warned about the humanitarian crisis
According to 1951 Refugee Convention a refugee is someone who "owing to a well-founded Fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality, and is unable to, or owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country".

The definition is quite clear: Venezuelans are running from the country because of fear, and the fact that the country is no longer able to provide minimum living standards. Without doubt things will get worst.
