This summer, I set a goal to walk 10,000 steps or more every day, to cook dinner at home for my family five days a week, and to replace sugar with delicious SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener.

I’ve been tracking my progress on this journey on Instagram, and I’ve really done my best to keep up with the goals I had set for myself.
